Very poor signage. We arrived at the same time as another couple. The sign in the window said "be back in 10 minutes. We browsed the lot for at least a half hour. I enjoyed discussing the car we were considering buying with this dealer. I asked for photos of certain areas, and got what I needed to help me decide NOT to buy the car. I would have no problem shopping at this dealership again! Some cars just don't rust well, especially when they are older than ten years old. More

Seems like they don't care about a potential customer as I texted the guy that I was told to contact and ask him if I could call him and I got a short text answer of "NO", I ask/text this same guy a couple I texted the guy that I was told to contact and ask him if I could call him and I got a short text answer of "NO", I ask/text this same guy a couple times to talk to me via email and he never bother to reply. Almost as if I was a nuisance to him. His name was Pete. Wrote them again a couple weeks later and was told to talk to Alex. At least Alex talked to me. I won't buy a car from this business with a salesman with such a bad attitude like Pete has. He wouldn't even talk to me for just a few minutes. I have the cash to buy the Cadillac I was interested in from them but found another Cadillac not far away. Perhaps if I had been treated better they would of had a sale. I was ready to buy it. More

I got my Chevy equinox from there and so far so good. I’m loving it. It rides smooth and it’s pretty clean. Just the right size for my family. They never told me the door key didn’t work. I got home locked the truck and when I try to get in the key didn’t work.
