Was greeted by Joe, a young man with a lot of people skills for someone so young. He presented as very professional, kind and caring. This dealership and service department are tge worst in America They dont care about the costumers. Their service department is awful they only know how to do oil change . I have a brand new Kia under w America They dont care about the costumers. Their service department is awful they only know how to do oil change . I have a brand new Kia under warranty that i purchased from and its making a noise when turn the AC or heating system and they cant figure out what it is. The first time they daid they fixed and it wasn't fixed now for the same problem the saying that we can look at it in 5 months. If u want a piece of mind do not purchase cars at this dealership. U welcome for warning u yall. If u purchase a car from this dealership u will have awful experience More
