The experience was one of the worst I have ever had. When I dropped my car off on 4/23/24 i was told about 2 weeks. It was not done until 9/30/24. Chis was always pleasant in this hard situation but needless to say they should not over book and keep any ones car for this long period of time. It really was very stressful for me. More

I received two separate notes in the mail from Pride Kia of Lynn on different dates, inquiring if I was interested in selling my 2018 Kia Forte. Although I had no intention of selling or trading in my car, of Lynn on different dates, inquiring if I was interested in selling my 2018 Kia Forte. Although I had no intention of selling or trading in my car, I decided to visit the dealership to hear their trade-in offer. During my conversation with a salesman, I became interested in trading my vehicle for a 2020 Kia Sportage EX, which I found listed online on CarGurus. However, the sales manager, Mr. Patrick Osborne, treated me poorly and was very rude. I was deceived and mistreated by him, and I want to caution others to carefully review each page of the agreement before signing on their iPad. This experience has led me to discourage anyone from visiting this dealership, and I will certainly never return. More

Absolutely awful car buying experience. We purchased a CPO EV6 through them. They claimed we would get the car delivered (a service we paid extra for) 24 hours after delivering payment. We purchased a CPO EV6 through them. They claimed we would get the car delivered (a service we paid extra for) 24 hours after delivering payment. It took 2 extra days beyond that, and getting any updates on when the car would be delivered was like pulling teeth (and those updates were almost always inaccurate). When the car was delivered: it had one new and 3 old (~25k miles) tires, a state explicitly forbidden by the owners manual, it was missing license plate screws and brackets (required by law in our state), and the wheel lock key was nowhere to be found. Dealer refused to fix the opposite tire. I would never again do any kind of business with this dealer, and had I known how bad they were I would never have bought the car from them to begin with. Beware! More
