They will go out of their to make sure you can afford the care you want. Great Teamwork! Would recommend this dealership. I personally talked with John C., he was definitely great salesperson. But, all the people I have dealt with at Pride Kia o Lynn (sales, finance, service dept., mgr, etc) were all pleasant and willing to go out of their way for you. More

This means I lost 6 points on my credit score which I desperately needed. Then they offer a car for 17985 that once we left showroom they had on website for 16985, and when my wife called them out on it all of the sudden we don't qualify for that type of car loan( even though Marck called the night before saying he and his finance manager wanna make a deal) Now at this point my wife starts crying in showroom from bieng frustrated we were so misled. Then as not to cause a scene the Chevy guy driving a brand new car comes and says we should try to lease the new car the guy drove over, cause with bad credit it's easier to get a deal. We all know the bank said no, my wife was in tears, embarrassed, felt taken advantage of and 10hrs of her time( 1 to 6 sat) and (12 to 630 Tuesday) for nothing. More

Excellent customer service. Tim Digaetano, was the Best! My friend Fatima and I went to checkout Kia Soul. I have admired them when I see them on the highway. I definitely liked the alien green. I set up an appointment through Mike and met with Tim Digaetano, Sales & Leasing Professiomal, Tim helped to to go over all details of the Kia Soul and went with us for me to test drive the 2015 which is Alien !!. I liked this shade of green even better. Tim helped us figure out financial details along with the Manager's excellent help. Everyone from the moment we drove up provided excellent customer service. I especially would recommend Tim as a top professional who was kind and understanding. More

They even tried to reneg on a promise (after my initial complaint of how poorly I was treated) to give me a free alarm install. Had I not had it in writing, I would not have had any recourse when they basically changed their tune and said the original problems weren't their fault and they didn't have to give me anything. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Love my car, hated my experience, the salesperson, the manager.... stay away. Find a better dealership to work with. More
