Since I leased the car, I purchased the optional wear and tear from an insurance salesman which had to be done right then and there. Although he was very nice, I wish the policy would allow more time for the customer to review the extra insurance and allow customers to make their final decision within the week. Having to make a final decision before signing the paperwork without looking into these insurance options was difficult, especially since this is my first lease and I didn't even know these insurances existed. I did not realize the extra insurance(s) had to be purchased before driving the vehicle away. Overall, I was happy with my experience. More
