We purchased a Tucson in September of 2023 with the help of Permaul, after we were given the recommendation to see him by one of the service techs, Richie. We had driven over an hour to work with him after a subpar experience elsewhere. The process was easy and overall quick. Had some slight snags getting the paperwork completed (not the fault of anyone there), but we were updated throughout the process and were able to leave with the car that day. Would highly recommend Permaul and this dealership overall. More
