Usually the service is wonderful but this time was not good. I had an 8:15 appointment and was there three hours for an oil and filter change and rotate and balance tires. Then I was told that my cabin filter and engine air filter was okay and would be checked at my next visit. I was surprised when I looked at my paperwork and it said I declined those recommended services. I was really surprised to read follow up 1/1/25 and I was there 12/2/24. It was an altogether pleasant experience.
