I left with an estimate of over $4500 worth of repairs that I was told HAD to be done that they deemed my vehicle undriveable. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited while the work was done. As usual, the work was completed in a timely fashion. One minor issue - the maintenance meter was not reset. Also, when I had the car in for service in January they said my battery was bad and needed replacing. I did not replace it then. I took it to AutoZone to double check and they said the battery was fine. This past visit at Price Leblanc did not flag the battery. Obviously, they diagnosed it incorrectly in January. It would have been a 300 dollar error. I'll write it off to a simple error. Overall, I'm happy with the work at Price LeBlanc. More

Shay took the time to explain everything thoroughly, until I understood what services my car would need in the next two years, what is included in each package, and how much I would pay with and without the various packages. She took the time to break everything down so I can visually see and compare prices, etc., and I totally appreciated the time and energy she spent on me! From my first service advisor (I forgot her name! I want to say Paula??) to Chris to Jessica to Shay, everyone I've met is wonderful! And so is my RAV4!! 180,000 miles and still driving like a new car!!! Thank you, Price LeBlanc!! More
Price LeBlanc and all employees have always been super informative, responsive, and open with communication with me about my vehicle and its service.
