The service department did an excellent job diagnosing the problems with my 2018 Corolla. Kudos to Ms. Peyton Stevens and Ms. Lexie Landry for their enormous help during my time at Price Leblanc. Brought my truck in this morning and this guy wanted to charge me $278 just to diagnose a check engine light on a truck that should have been under warranty (I paid extra for the 10yr/100,000 mile warranty charge me $278 just to diagnose a check engine light on a truck that should have been under warranty (I paid extra for the 10yr/100,000 mile warranty- the truck is 7 years old with 57k miles on it). He also said he didn’t know when he would be able to get to it since I didn’t have an appointment…The light came on after they were closed. There is a machine that will tell you exactly what the issue is….but you want to charge me $278 for that. The guy could tell I wasn’t happy and his only solution was to catch the runner before he pulled my truck back and told me I could go. I have had nothing but issues with the service department at Price Leblanc Toyota Service department. I have bought my last 3 trucks from them as well as other family vehicles and this was their last chance. I will never go there again. More
