We have owned many Toyotas from PL and have allowed them to do all maintenance. However, maintenance is getting too expensive and then they require us to pay a 2% penalty for using a credit card! The maint to do all maintenance. However, maintenance is getting too expensive and then they require us to pay a 2% penalty for using a credit card! The maintenance cost is already pushing the limit. It is just wrong and over the top to charge a credit card penalty! We are looking at buying a new SUV and a new truck fairly soon but these charges might force us to a different manufacturer. More
