Car still not fixed. Parking brake still engages when I shift in gear. I have to push button to take off . Brake jobs ?? They now squeak and car shakes when I press brakes to stop. Car did NOT squeak or shake before you worked on my brakes - 2 times. The ONLY reason I’m not giving you a 1 is that the lady who helped me throughout my ordeal was excellent. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I paid a xxxx of a lot of money for this. More

If you have any other options for service on your Toyota, take it! Do not go to Price LeBlanc. Customer service - or lack thereof - was abysmal. Poor communication, poor service, long wait time even though I take it! Do not go to Price LeBlanc. Customer service - or lack thereof - was abysmal. Poor communication, poor service, long wait time even though I had an appointment, uncoordinated office staff, unstaffed "check out" . . .i could go on but you get the picture.
