Policy of charging 2% for the use of a credit card is ridiculous. Not informing me until after the work is done is immoral. The 2% felt like you were kicking me when I was down. If your owner had some savvy (not really a substitute for morals but …), he would charge more and offer a 2% bonus for using cash/check.
