Be careful! I bought a RAV4 from Price LeBlanc and have had every service and maintenance work done at their service center since. When my Bluetooth broke, I took it to be repaired. They said it was “installed at the port” and they could not get the part to fix it, that it was an “after market part.” No one told me that when I bought it. Now they won’t stand behind it. It is time for me to buy a new car and I assumed I would get a new Toyota. That will not be happening now. I feel so stupid for thinking this dealership would treat a loyal customer better. I’ll shop elsewhere for my new car. More

They did not tell me that it would be wise to wait for the new tires to complete the work. They did an alignment and charged me for it. I left, purchased tires, replaced a few belts, and an air filter and did a tune up elsewhere. They told me to get the alignment re-done, that Price Leblanc should NOT have done that. On Monday April 2nd, I returned it to get a water pump fixed that they told me was failing after fixing something else months before. Of course, they did not diagnose the failing water pump until after telling my brake actuator was failing as well. They asked me to return to have the brake actuator replaced on them. ( it's a recall that's not a recall-- but should be --shame on you toyota). When I returned, they called me to inform me that nothing was wrong with my brake actuator, but the water pump instead. I declined the work, and drove my car for five months after the diagnosis. It ran great, and I could see no visible leaks. I finally decided for peace of mind to take it back and fix the water pump. When my husband brought it in, he asked them to check the alignment that was done previously. It was noted on my paperwork that I had been there the week before. They changed the water pump, and a belt ( possibly the new water pump belt that had been changed elsewhere-- I'll never know) and charged me again for the alignment. I was finally able to get a refund for the alignment, but of course I am out the money until it hits my account again. At this point, I am unsure if I will ever return. I plan on buying a new prius at the end of the year, and it will not be with Price Leblanc if I can help it. I think they seriously need to work on their communication between departments and also be honest. I have a lot of money now that my kids are moving out, and I do not want to waste it.. I also do not want to spend it at businesses that I feel are shady and manipulative. More

They called me in the middle of the day at work on November 8th ,so I rushed in right after work to pick up my vehicle .I was called inside to turn in my loaner and sign off on my keys ,before my car was even pulled up . The CSR pulled my car up and at first glance I realized my car was filthy ,I would've thought after having a customer's car over five months it was have been detailed as a customer courtesy. The porter looked at my car and took it to the back immediately and did a quick wash. I glanced at my car ,but noticed as I drove away some rattling under there dash ,then I opened my sunroof and my left gasket fell down. The following morning g I called Toyota immediately ,and was asssured I would receive a phone call. I never received one .So the following morning I decided to email the Toyota service department so I would have documentation.. At that point I received a call from Toyota's Customer Care Manager Todd .This is when I saw this guy could care less about me as a customer.I advised him I was a store manager and worked 6 days a week so it will be very difficult to bring my car car back immediately ,the only thing he stated was the store hours as if he cared less about the inconvenience.I took half a day off work to bring my car back . I called him to let him know I was in route. When I arrived my car was tagged and I stood in the hall waiting for him while he caught up on a personal visit with a friend, blowing me off. I stood there patiently. When he did emerge from his office he stretched his hand out aggressively as is he was pushing me out the door. I showed him the problems,he drove my car to the back and yanked the service ticket out the window . I inspected my car and showed him .The area where the airbag was repaired is still open he told me was fixed . I will not be able to Put any passengers in my front . He just walked off and left me standing there while he invited his friend to come back in and finish there conversation. The only reason any stars was the ladies in the loaner department they went above and beyond . But I'm still driving a car that's a safety hazard, and it was obvious that Todd could care less and was trying to find all the fault he could. More
Took 4 hours to do the 6 month multipoint inspection on our Title pretty much says it all. Wife went in at 820am for an 830am appointment. Said they would be finished by 10am. I would think that this is pretty much unacceptable. Jim Meyer More

I decided to use Toyota parts and they wouldn't be available until the next day. I was planning on getting a rental but the dealership gave me a rental at no charge. The service department went above and beyond to help me, they even washed all the bugs off my car. The dealership had 3 very comfortable waiting areas and a cafe/coffee shop with tables and chairs. The attention to detail reminded me how much I miss Baton Rouge and Price LeBlanc Toyota. Thank You Cody and Price LeBlanc for the cool ride back to Houston. More
Cody is my "go to guy" for service on my 2007 Avalon and my 2009 Corolla. If he is not in, Bailey takes care of me. Having moved to Baton Rouge from the Lake Charles area, I was used to having Avalon and my 2009 Corolla. If he is not in, Bailey takes care of me. Having moved to Baton Rouge from the Lake Charles area, I was used to having "friends" at my local dealership care for me for the past 20 years. Thankfully, I get that same personal service in the "big city" here at Price Leblanc! I have also met with their Service Manager, Eric Spears. He is just as friendly as the staff he supports! More
