We dropped off our vehicle to the service center to get a part replaced. That seemed to go well but they broke our seat and it now makes a loud screeching noise when it moves! It has never made that noise before and immediately upon adjusting the seat when first getting into the car, it started screeching. They refused to take responsibility for it and claimed that there was nothing they could do besides buying a $1600 part (not counting labor) to fix it! The vehicle was purchased from there and every service has been done there but I think this will have to be the end of our business dealings with this place. If you want a dealership that takes no responsibility for its employees damaging your vehicle, Price LeBlanc will gladly break parts of your car and pretend like they have no clue what happened. Otherwise, please consider a different Toyota dealership before taking your chances with this one. More
Be careful! I bought a RAV4 from Price LeBlanc and have had every service and maintenance work done at their service center since. When my Bluetooth broke, I took I bought a RAV4 from Price LeBlanc and have had every service and maintenance work done at their service center since. When my Bluetooth broke, I took it to be repaired. They said it was “installed at the port” and they could not get the part to fix it, that it was an “after market part.” No one told me that when I bought it. Now they won’t stand behind it. It is time for me to buy a new car and I assumed I would get a new Toyota. That will not be happening now. I feel so stupid for thinking this dealership would treat a loyal customer better. I’ll shop elsewhere for my new car. More
Charged me twice for same work. On Thursday, March 29th I brought my car in to have an alignment done. It had a donut on it. They did not tell me that it would be wise to wait for t On Thursday, March 29th I brought my car in to have an alignment done. It had a donut on it. They did not tell me that it would be wise to wait for the new tires to complete the work. They did an alignment and charged me for it. I left, purchased tires, replaced a few belts, and an air filter and did a tune up elsewhere. They told me to get the alignment re-done, that Price Leblanc should NOT have done that. On Monday April 2nd, I returned it to get a water pump fixed that they told me was failing after fixing something else months before. Of course, they did not diagnose the failing water pump until after telling my brake actuator was failing as well. They asked me to return to have the brake actuator replaced on them. ( it's a recall that's not a recall-- but should be --shame on you toyota). When I returned, they called me to inform me that nothing was wrong with my brake actuator, but the water pump instead. I declined the work, and drove my car for five months after the diagnosis. It ran great, and I could see no visible leaks. I finally decided for peace of mind to take it back and fix the water pump. When my husband brought it in, he asked them to check the alignment that was done previously. It was noted on my paperwork that I had been there the week before. They changed the water pump, and a belt ( possibly the new water pump belt that had been changed elsewhere-- I'll never know) and charged me again for the alignment. I was finally able to get a refund for the alignment, but of course I am out the money until it hits my account again. At this point, I am unsure if I will ever return. I plan on buying a new prius at the end of the year, and it will not be with Price Leblanc if I can help it. I think they seriously need to work on their communication between departments and also be honest. I have a lot of money now that my kids are moving out, and I do not want to waste it.. I also do not want to spend it at businesses that I feel are shady and manipulative. More
