I like to use PL for my maintenance but I felt this last time the wait was too long. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and 50k mile inspection. Brought the car in for 2 items apple car play and a replacement key fob. I was quoted pricing and availability on both prior to dropping off. Once at dealer I was called and told that installation replacement key fob. I was quoted pricing and availability on both prior to dropping off. Once at dealer I was called and told that installation of car play was no longer a service provided and the cost of the key increased $40 if I want the physical key which is part off the fob cut as well along with programming the remote.
