Had a service appointment with Shey, but she was still at lunch when I arrived for my 2 pm appointment. I got Brandi instead to check me in for the service. I made it clear to her that the phone number she had on file for me was my home landline number, so someone would have to come get me out of the Quiet room when my care was finished. In the meantime, someone gave Shey my paperwork when my care was finished but Brandi didn’t communicate that I was in the Quiet room waiting, so they kept calling my home instead of notifying me personally which lead to me waiting 30 to 45 minutes extra for my finished car! This was a very disappointing breakdown of communication. More
