The salesman Chris and the finance officer didn’t keep their word. I think they like taking advantage of women! We negotiate a price for a car. $27,999. We were approved for 0% financing. I thought all my wife had to do was, sign the paperwork. But NO, the finance officer took it upon himself to change the price to $29,999. We came to that dealership in good faith! This was my wife’s first time purchasing a car on her own. Instead of honoring the price. We were told that we could keep it $30k or return it. We return it! I wish he would have told her that while she was in his office. I believe he deceived my wife! It’s May 13, 2020. We’re in a depression. I hope they feel it! Like the pain you put my wife though. Will never return to Price LeBlanc again. Remember we were approved for 0%. Could have been a life time customer. But $1500 came between that. Keep taking advantage of woman. You might get more than a bad review next time! More
Never Again I did a ton of research on pickups currently available on the market and finally decided a Toyota Tundra was the best fit for me. I looked at invento I did a ton of research on pickups currently available on the market and finally decided a Toyota Tundra was the best fit for me. I looked at inventories online and found one locally here in Baton Rouge at one of the highest volume dealers in the state. I went in and test drove two trucks, one was a 2019 TRD Pro that really had more features than I needed, but I loved the Voodoo Blue and had seen this exact truck sitting on their lot for almost a year so I thought they’d be ready to deal on it. The second was a Cavalry Blue 2020 SR5 which was comfortable and had exactly what I needed. After I said I wanted to deal, they gave me price quotes that were $4000 to $5000 higher than what my research showed I should be paying. I attempted to make a counter offer and they basically gave me a take or leave it reply. I left it. I’d passed through Alexandria on Thanksgiving night and drove past Walker Toyota and noticed they had a couple of trucks that were exactly what I wanted on the lot. I was pulling out of Price Leblanc dealership here in Baton Rouge and sent a frustrated email to Walker Toyota inquiring about the trucks I’d seen. My phone was ringing 15 minutes later. Two hours later Mr. Dalton Slaughter had given me a best price which was very close to what I wanted to pay. The next day, I drove 150 miles to Alexandria and found exactly what I wanted. There were no hassles or hiccups and Dalton had my truck pulled up front and ready when I arrived. The paperwork was completed with relative ease and I drove off the lot with my new truck that afternoon and made it back to Baton Rouge in time for kickoff in tiger Stadium for the Texas A&M game at 6:00 pm. My wife bought a 4-runner from Price Leblanc a few years ago and still gets it serviced at this dealership. Other than that, neither one of us will ever darken that doorstep again. It’s a shame I had to drive 300 miles when a dealership had two trucks I wanted sitting on the lot 20 minutes from my house. More

Be careful! I bought a RAV4 from Price LeBlanc and have had every service and maintenance work done at their service center since. When my Bluetooth broke, I took I bought a RAV4 from Price LeBlanc and have had every service and maintenance work done at their service center since. When my Bluetooth broke, I took it to be repaired. They said it was “installed at the port” and they could not get the part to fix it, that it was an “after market part.” No one told me that when I bought it. Now they won’t stand behind it. It is time for me to buy a new car and I assumed I would get a new Toyota. That will not be happening now. I feel so stupid for thinking this dealership would treat a loyal customer better. I’ll shop elsewhere for my new car. More
