On 4/22/2011 I went to Price LaBlanc Toyota Vince Brooks was the salesman that helped me he was friendly, polite, and helpful. I wanted a certain color for my truck they didn’t have it on the lot, and I onl was the salesman that helped me he was friendly, polite, and helpful. I wanted a certain color for my truck they didn’t have it on the lot, and I only wanted a few features. Vince looked and found me the truck that I wanted and the color I wanted. I was so happy that he didn’t just push me to get what they had on the lot and send me out the door. I felt like he really cared about the overall happiness of someone picking out their first brand new truck. I had to get a hitch added to the truck so I took it to the service department; they were fast, friendly, and amazing! I would highly recommend this dealership and the service department!! If you’re looking for a new or used truck/car go to Price LaBlanc Toyota and ask for Vince Brooks he is a great salesman!! More
I have had the most horrible car buying experience at this dealership. The salesmen cheat and mislead you on the pricing, we were ripped off by them and I would never recommend this car dealership to any this dealership. Cody is my "go to guy" for service on my 2007 Avalon and my 2009 Corolla. If he is not in, Bailey takes care of me. Having moved to Baton Rouge from the Lake Charles area, I was used to having Avalon and my 2009 Corolla. If he is not in, Bailey takes care of me. Having moved to Baton Rouge from the Lake Charles area, I was used to having "friends" at my local dealership care for me for the past 20 years. Thankfully, I get that same personal service in the "big city" here at Price Leblanc! I have also met with their Service Manager, Eric Spears. He is just as friendly as the staff he supports! More
I originally went to the dealership to look at a used Camry SE. I was looking at used because I knew I was carrying a good amount of negative equity over so I just figured used would be the best option. Camry SE. I was working with Vince and he suggested I look at buying new due to the incentives out on the new models. So we got the numbers figured out and he was right, it made more sense to buy the new over the used. He was a great help and I never once felt pressured into making a decision that wasn't mine. By far this was the easiest car buying experience that I've ever had. More

Steve followed through with every aspect that we had questions about, but was informative rather than "pushy". I will definitely consider buying from PriceLeBlanc again. I live in Jackson, MS, and these two Toyota dealers here were not helpful; my visits to them were unproductive. It was worth the drive to get the exact truck I wanted from a dealership and salesperson who obviously value a customer. More
I went on line looking for a toyota Tacoma. I was looking at trucks between three dealerships. I started looking on Thursday 3/24/11 and was contacted right away by Vince Brooks. I picked up my brand new 2011 Toyota tacoma dbl cab on Monday 3/28/11. It was supposed to be vince's day off, but he was there to do all the paperwork and make sure that I was well taken care of. This was my third truck I purchased from price Leblanc....... Apparently that says a lot about price Leblanc and all the people that they employ!!!!! He responded quickly and over a period of a few days, worked patiently with me and my husband as we discussed model and financing options. Vince went above and beyond for us keeping in mind that we would be driving 2.5 hours to shop with him. It was worth the drive! Easiest vehicle purchased in my life. Greeted at the door and asked if I had someone in particular to speak to. We knew what vehicle we were researching and there was no pressure to look at anything differen and asked if I had someone in particular to speak to. We gave Vic the information on the vehicle we wanted and he found the match coming into the dealership via Houston. From the time the vehicle arrived to the time we completed the transaction was just a couple of hours. The facilities are sparkling and the service area has a hospital appearance. We were given a total tour of the complex and introduced to several people with different areas of responsibility. This was our first purchase at Price LeBlanc, but will not be the last. More
We e-mailed Price LeBlanc Toyota for a quote, in a very short time Vince Brooks e-mailed us back, cordially inviting us to come and visit with him and see what he had to offer us. He also called and left a message on my husband's cell. His tone of voice and politeness in the message that he left was enough to draw us to another town (Baton Rouge)to buy a vehicle. And we were not disappointed when we were introduced to Vince. Very very polite, very respectful; very knowledgeable about his vehicles; and if he didn't know the answer right then and there, he would politely excuse himself and went get the information that we wanted.
