Johnnie walked me thru the vehicle demonstration and the introductory paperwork, and delivered the car to me at my home. He made that process so easy. Talking to Johnnie was like I was talking to an old friend. Matthew worked his magic on my financing and got me a better deal than what I walked in with. He did a great job explaining my options. He was very personable and we had a great time reminiscing about his LSU days. When most people think about buying a car they envision a process that makes them break out in a cold sweat. My experience with these gentlemen was a 180 from that. This transaction was as easy and comfortable as you can get. Plus, they got me a great car at a great price with excellent financing. It’s a xxxx shame how when your new car or truck gets close to the 25,000 miles free service. Your service department always tries to up sale the xxxx out of the customer. According to the office clerk the customer has to ask for your car to be washed. Poor customer service. 2 cars 2 weeks in a row same poor service. I have purchased 20 cars from your dealership and the service department gets worse every car I purchase. Considering going look else where for my cars in the future. Poor and bad service!!!! More
