Talk about the nightmare before Christmas… I have had the worst experience with this dealership service department that I’ve ever had to deal with. After taking my vehicle in five times for the same problem worst experience with this dealership service department that I’ve ever had to deal with. After taking my vehicle in five times for the same problem that they have yet to fix they finally diagnosed it, but it’s only covered under the extended warranty . With the extended warranty, they were able to give me a loaner for five days Because I am not able to drive my vehicle off the lot after they’ve called in the extended warranty.After them having my vehicle for a week and not having heard from them, I called to check in on it yesterday and was told they are still waiting for the part to come in and not to worry about the Loaner car they gave me,it will be taken care of. Only to call me back on Christmas Eve ( the next day) after 11 o’clock to tell me that I have to return the loaner car before they close at 2 o’clock or pay for it. and I can’t drive my vehicle off the lot because they called in the extended warranty to replace the part. So on Christmas Eve, they have left me without a vehicle and cannot give me a day or time when my vehicle will be ready. Don’t let their family commercials fool you, they don’t care about you or your family not even on Christmas Eve More
