Price LeBlanc Toyota has been in the Baton Rouge community for over 50 years. Price LeBlanc Toyota is the proud recipient of Toyota President’s Award numerous times and we have been a member of the Gulf States Toyota Pinnacle Club for over 25 years. We’re serving Gonzales, Prairieville and Denham Springs neighbors!
We are located on 12 acres of land at 13250 Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge, just south of Siegen Lane. We have a 40,000 square foot state of the art service department with 57 service bays to service more vehicles in a timely manner. Our customers can enjoy waiting areas with flat screen televisions, wireless internet and a children’s play area. We even have a restaurant located inside our dealership. New York Bagel Co. serves our customers 7am-8pm Monday through Saturday and has a large menu with many delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner items available for purchase.

Had a service appointment with Shey, but she was still at lunch when I arrived for my 2 pm appointment. I got Brandi instead to check me in for the service. I made it clear to her that the phone number she lunch when I arrived for my 2 pm appointment. I got Brandi instead to check me in for the service. I made it clear to her that the phone number she had on file for me was my home landline number, so someone would have to come get me out of the Quiet room when my care was finished. In the meantime, someone gave Shey my paperwork when my care was finished but Brandi didn’t communicate that I was in the Quiet room waiting, so they kept calling my home instead of notifying me personally which lead to me waiting 30 to 45 minutes extra for my finished car! This was a very disappointing breakdown of communication. More

The only thing I could mention: I asked that service be sure to check the operation of the left turn signal work accordingly.
