The wait time for car service repair is not efficient. I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes and then was told I had an issue with my truck which would have taken more to resolve. Last time going to this service shop! A 30-minute job took 2 1/2 almost 3 hours. Every time I have come to this shop for an oil change to a recall the service is so so SLOW!
