On the day of service, I was greeted by service members and shown to the waiting area. The car service needs were taken care of while I waited. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the free coffee and WiFi. I liked that there were cubicles for customers who wanted to work remotely. I do not have confidence in their diagnosis of my car’s problems. I have worked on cars in my younger days and the things they say is wrong with my car don’t really add up. The svc tech has the wires EXPOSED in the back of the seat and cannot repair? Get a tech that has the ability to do so.$3,500 is absolutely u acceptable for a bad $9.99 sensor.
