Prices are up, no longer wash your car--I had to ask. Every car that I saw that was pulled up after service was not washed. Now have to pay if using a credit card. I wrote a check for payment and whatever system or company they now used rejected my check. I have never had any form of my payments rejected. I called my bank who says that there was no reason for them rejecting my check. So, I called the company that Nissan uses and was told that they didn't have enough personal information on me. Sounds like some kind of a scam. So glad I didn't have them do the other services recommended, I wouldn't have been able to pay--didn't have that much cash. More

If I could award "0" stars to Anthony, I would. I have bought 6 vehicles from Price LeBlanc. I bought this Titian from Price LeBlanc Nissan and have done 95% of the maintanace including my last I have bought 6 vehicles from Price LeBlanc. I bought this Titian from Price LeBlanc Nissan and have done 95% of the maintanace including my last set of 4 tires. I had an appointment to bring my Titian in on Monday. I decieded to leave it with Nissan for a diagnostic of the front end because it was knocking. Ron wrote it up and I left. No Problem, same as always. Anthony calls back and says you need new tires... gave me prices. I said that I know I need new tires, but is that all the diagnostic said". Anthony said, "I ain't doing nothing with this truck until you get 4 new tires put on it". Again I said, I'm sure I need new tires, is that all the diagnostic came up with? My consern was what if I buy 4 new tires and something else is what's causing the knocking. Anthony said it is absolutaly possible that it could be something else, but I'm not touching it until it has 4 new tires on it. He also said, "you can go get 4 new tires put on your truck somewhere else, then bring it back to me. But I ain't doing anything until you have 4 new tires on this truck." Then, "what do you want to do?" Trying to deescalate the situation I said, hold up... He interupted me and said "I'm Holding" I said are you ok? In a hostile tone, he said "I ain't touching this truck until you get 4 new tires on it.... I said are you ok? He said "I'm Fine".. seeing that I wasn't going to get anywhere with him, I hung up. Now Understand at this time, because we where not actually having a conversation, I'm under the assumption that I was being charged 188.00 for a diagnostic that he was refusing to do... But because he chose to be antagonistic instead of talking with me I figured Nissian was making too much money and didn't need my business. Ron called me back and said I could talk to him and I don't need to talk to Anthony anymore. When I dropped the truck off, I was 100% prepared to buy new tires, oil change, inspection sticker and do any maintenance necessary to keep my (paid for) truck opperational. I picked up the truck and brought it up the road, to a company I never did business with before, and got 4 new tires put on the truck. All I was doing was trying to give y'all some money not be talked down to by this dude. I understand Price LeBlanc Nissan will not go broke because I didn't do business with them. I work hard for my money and choose to give it to Price LeBlanc for my truck maintainance. But if my hard earned money goes to Anthony Cousins paycheck, I'll bring my money somewhere's else. More
