I was a little put out that my brand new pathfinder was in the shop twice before I even paid my first note. It was the battery and it took them a while to get Nissan to approve it. Service center was chaos. I had appointment with a specific issue listed to be addressed . First employee greeted me at time of appt and I gave her my name . Went inside to a man, he had no clue either. I have warranty on car. Savannah, the service rep would not even attempt to get my car covered under the bumper to bumper warranty for engine repair for a repair done previously at tjhis service center. She/he (not sure of gender idenity) wanted to argue. Shame on Savannah! Total zero at service center this trip! More
