Poor customer service , I went for a tire rotation & my car ended up in the shop for 2 weeks straight. Even with them mishandling my vehicle, I was not informed about anything dealing with the vehicle the car ended up in the shop for 2 weeks straight. I called at the last minute for an appointment and was given one for the same day. Even so, I was in and out very quickly. My technician, Anthony (I think) was responsive to my questions and was able to given one for the same day. Even so, I was in and out very quickly.
