It took longer than expected to get my car serviced and windshield replaced even though I had an appointment. I was given a rental car; however, I was not able to have my car back until the next morning. windshield replaced even though I had an appointment. I was given a rental car; however, I was not able to have my car back until the next morning. The other issue is now they are charging a 2% fee for using a credit card vs cash. Car maintenance is expensive enough without passing the cost of the credit card transaction on to the customer. Price Leblanc has always been super great at customer service in the sales and Maintenace departments. I will be back for sure, just not too happy about the 2% upcharge for using a credit card. More

Conrad listened to what I had to say and advised me on what I was trying to do. I got exactly what I was looking for at the price point I wanted. Conrad said I would happy with my new Altima as I was repl what I was trying to do. I got exactly what I was looking for at the price point I wanted. Conrad said I would happy with my new Altima as I was replacing a 21 SR. That was so good that I worried it would be a let down. This car is better in every way especially in the performance of it. Conrad is always honest and upfront and just asks questions and guides me and wife along the way. We have purchased several vehicles from Conrad and will keep purchasing because makes a very good and fun product for me and a practical and elegant product for my wife. She has the Murano SL. Conrad is highly underrated and went and above and beyond to get me the exact color I requested. Can’t say enough good things about my latest experience. More
