During the test drive of one of the vehicles I told him I wanted to test drive a Camrey and he offered to take me to do that! How unusual is that! I never felt pressured in any way. Great price on new cars....Service fails to deliver. LeBlanc Nissan has the best new-car prices in town, and maybe even along the LA-AL coast. I bought my new car for much less than any dealer around and at a price comparable to large metropolitan areas, like Atlana, Phoenix, and LA. I will say that dealing with a younger salesperson ( <60) is desirable. The older salesmen go about the process as if it were 1970 in a small town. My experience was great. I knew what vehicle I wanted , had my bank financing in place, and picked a younger salesman. The only nit is the sales of additional services, like pre-paid oil changes, extended warranty, and about 10-15 other items they want you to buy. That is some other desk jockey being pushy, not the salesman. Service is terrible. I believe it is stuck in the time warp with the 60+ sales force. Oil change prices are ridiculous. Tire rotation is additional. And the xx-point inspection "is something we do for our customers for free". Yep, that's right. They consider that a special touch when it is standard anywhere else. For new-car owners, there is no '1st oil change free', no free wash with oil change, no nothing. It's as if the sale was the only goal. Forget about continued service. The service advisors were not personable. The environment inside the dealership is pleasant.....at first. But stand in the shadows and observe and you'll notice that is is very cliquish. Not between employees, but employee-customer. It feels like customers are outsiders and not very welcome, but necessary. I wouldn't doubt that there is some amount of gossip or talking when a customer leaves. I doubt I will return. Maybe if I buy a new car and the price is right. But it will be serviced elsewhere. More
