Yes but would hope their experience on service would be better than mine. I have purchased 5 cars from LeBlanc Nissan and have had very good service in the past, however, this experience was definitely dif better than mine. I have purchased 5 cars from LeBlanc Nissan and have had very good service in the past, however, this experience was definitely different. Upon arriving the greater Jackie was superb. I talk to my advisor and told him to call me about the rotors and if they would have to replace or resurface. He verified my phone number. I also asked if there was a loaner as I was only going to work and I would be returning it the same day provided they would complete my service. I was given a ride to and from work which again was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman who drove me was excellent, friendly and most of all on time. At 1pm I called the dealership to inquire about my car and the advisor was at lunch. I called a second time and he was on the phone but the young lady put me on hold as I asked her if she could check to see if my car was ready. She confirmed it was. I had a quote from the advisor and all I could think of was it the same , would it be more? I arrived and asked if the rotors had been changed or resurfaced? He said resurfaced. I searched a coupon and found one and presented it to him. He gladly accepted it. I also asked about the 2 disposal fees which was a total 53.90. I asked if it was possible to only pay 1 disposal fee and no was the answer and said it has to be on the invoice. At this point I wanted to just pay the bill and go. After arriving home I looked at the quote and the invoice and wanted to know why the amount was higher than my quote because I did not have the quote with me. In review I noticed that the parts went from 81.95 x 2 (front and rear) to 106.98 x 2 for front and rear. This really had me uneasy. To my surprise the next day I received a call from service asking about my experience with my services and how was my car? I told him I would hope that I get an email so I could rate it. He then told me he was the advisor who wrote me up. I told him I appreciated the 30.00 coupon even though I had to get it on my own and I explained the difference in cos and asked Hume why did he not call me concern the rotors. He apologized and said he would give me a credit for the difference on the parts that had increased. He also had sent me a list of immediate attention on other services my car needed. I had immediately declined those as it came to me in a text. He said I could use the credit toward charges in the next work. I told him at this point I m not sure if I would have those done at LeBlanc Nissan. Again, a very unpleasant experience and it surprised me as I have worked for the LeBlanc family auto in service for many years and have only purchased their vehicles More

My heater is not working. I waited a few hours and finally got a call that maybe the heater hoses were the problem. The mechanic will start there. No hoses in stock and they had to be ordered but would be delayed due to the New Years holiday. Maybe they will possibly come in by Wednesday 1/3/2024. I don't know if that is the problem or not. I got a very vague explanation and I don't feel confident that hoses will fix the problem I brought it to y'all for expert diagnosis and for the problem to be fixed quickly More
