Missy and the service team was very accommodating since I was an out-of-town customer. They quickly diagnosed and recharged my AC system. Although no problem surfaced based on diagnosis, I've been advised th was an out-of-town customer. They quickly diagnosed and recharged my AC system. The service was great, but I found out that the lender at Lexus lied to me about insurance for my wheels and tires that he convinced me to get.
