My entire experience was impressive from start to finish. As a working wife and mother of 3 my schedule is very demanding. I had to reach out several times to adjust my appointment date/time because of unexpected events and the reps were accommodating every time. It was the Service Manager Missy Web-Harris who by far exceeded my expectations. In addition to my scheduled maintenance there was also a recall that needed attention. Missy didn’t burden me with having to figure out how I was going to fit this in my schedule. She proactively reviewed my profile identifying I wasn’t a local resident and recommended a way we could get everything done. When I shared I also had an older vehicle with an outstanding recall, Missy took the initiative to share how they would seamlessly take care of it also. I had a few questions and request and at no point did I feel like I was a bother. When Missy followed up, she knew all the details and anticipated any additional questions I would have. This wasn’t just excellent Customer Service; I received an amazing Customer Experience. More

As a loyal Lexus RX owner for over 20-yrs, this is the first time I've had any service issue. Approximately 3-weeks ago I notified the dealership my RX-350 (11 months old, with 13K mileage) has an incessa first time I've had any service issue. Approximately 3-weeks ago I notified the dealership my RX-350 (11 months old, with 13K mileage) has an incessant brake squealing noise. An initial attempt to address the issue (i.e. brake squeal sealant) was unsuccessful and notified the dealership. Given this problem is under warranty, I was informed Lexus Corp's Technical Assistance Support (TAS) is required to review the brake issue and recommend approved corrective action. TAS recommended a front brake rebuild, which unfortunately did not work. Appears there is a communication disconnect between the dealership and TAS to provide a prompt remedy to resolve the brake squealing issue. Very disappointed! More
