I’m a little disappointed. The whole reason I bought a Lexus was for service. I have been told by my husband and others about how good service was at Lexus. I brought car in The whole reason I bought a Lexus was for service. I have been told by my husband and others about how good service was at Lexus. I brought car in for scratch on rear window. I thought it might have been caused by the windshield wiper. When my car was ready a lady came in and said she was the service manager and walked me to my car.. She said the scratch was not the windshield wiper and that she had looked at it. I said was there anything that they could do. She said no. She said I noticed you had a car wash tag on it. I said yes. I am assuming she thinks that was the cause. I think y’all normally run the car through a car wash?? She then left. She parked the car between two other cars and I was unable to get it out. There was another customer there and he said you should have seen that manager try to park your car between the other two cars. So then I had to get back out of my car to ask the valet to move one of the cars so I could get out. They said they would move my car. My car was not washed. That is one of the things my husband likes is that is car is clean when it is returned to him. He deals with the New Orleans Lexus store. I actually took my car to my local glass place and he said to bring it back by when I had time and he would see what he could do to buff the scratch out some. I would have thought your service department would have offered to do that. I guess I’m just expecting too much. I spoke with my service rep before I went back for service. I let her know that I was continuing to hear wind noise when going down the interstate. She said that was normal. Also I said that it rides rough and she said that was normal too. I mentioned getting different tires to see if I would get a smoother ride and she did say that I could but that was not what the engineers intended for that car and that they would not last as long. I guess my expectations just need to be lower and I will not be disappointed. More
