Asked to check rear passenger tire specifically as I was having to refill every 7-10 days. Was told I am covered for this and next two maintenance intervals from certified care. Next week, tire has lost 6lbs and needs air, again following week. Received follow up from LeBlanc wanting to charge me $76. For a service they couldn't even check my tire. Sad. Very Sad. I will not be returning, it is 1.5hr drive from Slidell and no matter the amenities inside, I am there to have my car maintained impeccably. Not something I expect from Lexus dealerships. Too bad Dallas is 9hrs drive, you should send staff there to see how you listen and verify. Neither of which was done for a simple tire and if my costs are covered by certified care why the charge with absolutely no line item or invoice. Unprofessional on all levels. More
