I made an appointment very easily and conveniently to evaluate a potential recall for the fuel system. The door handle cables were also changed for another recall. The fuel system did not qualify for the recall although I have noticed the gasoline smell regularly. The service advisor was not very knowledgeable about the fuel recall which still is a concern for me. Service was completed on time and the customer lounge was very comfortable . After my car appointment was complete my vehicle was parked out in the rain so close to a curb making it difficult to climb in ..I had to walk through a flower bed. The valet area was blocked with unattended vehicles. I feel that the service advisor should have handled this differently particularly since I am 78 years old. More

My service person was to knowledgeable about my issue. I need a tire sensor. I needed a quote on the price of it. That was fine she gave me that.
