This was the first time we have been disappointed with a service visit in our 25 years of association with Price Leblanc Lexus. Sarah was great, but our wait was an hour more than expected, the mileage was service visit in our 25 years of association with Price Leblanc Lexus. Sarah was great, but our wait was an hour more than expected, the mileage was not updated on the invoice and we did not get the courtesy car wash despite requesting it. Maybe the service department was understaffed that day because we usually get outstanding service. More
