Very frustrating to be told I’m getting a new part put on my car. I pay and walk out to my car to see the part is the wrong color and has two big visible scratches on it. While compensating the dealership for the services rendered, I inquired about a complementary replacement key for my Lexus GS460. I paused for a moment to see if she would consult with a more seasoned customer service agent or a manager to ask for assistance with my request. She proceeded to collect the service fee without any further comment on my inquiry. I got the impression that satisfying the customer was not a priority for her. As a loyal customer of the Lexus brand to say I was disappointed would be a gross misrepresentation of the facts. I’m loyal to Lexus for two very important reasons: 1. Service after the sale 2.
