My father talked to a man named Rodney over the phone about buying a certain used car advertised online. They agreed upon the price, and I was supposed to go test drive it that day, and if I liked it, I about buying a certain used car advertised online. Rodney was also supposed to email the offer in writing to my father, which he never did. Well, I get to the dealership that Rodney said the car was supposed to be, and a guy that goes by the idiotic name of Speedy Gonzales told me it wasn't there and was at another location. He also lied and said that wasn't the right price, which I told him was wrong since I knew for sure that's what was agreed upon. Then, I went to the other dealership where they said the car was, and John Saban said that the car had been sold a long time ago. He then proceeded to try to sell me another car that was older, more expensive, and had more miles. I have no idea why they thought I would try to buy something from them after they lied to me and wasted hours of my time while I ran around to different dealerships. That is such bad business. I will NEVER buy anything from them, and I will be sure to discourage anybody from buying from them as well. They tried to cheat me! More
Dave Fremin assisted me in finding the exact car I wanted--he and his collleagues had to search in order to find me "MY" car sooner than waiting for a special order. Dave Fremin is the consummate professional. He is always friendly, available and shoots you straight. Was able to make a good deal over the telephone. They delivered my car for free 130 miles away from the dealership. Mike took me out to lunch while I was waiting to process the paperwork. Being in sales and on the road about 70k miles a year the SUV I was driving just had to much of a gas drinking problem so I decided to make the move to a more practical vehicle. I made my way into Price Leblanc and had the opportunity to work with Tom Denton and I must say it was quite a pleasure. Mr. Denton assessed my needs and parameters and went to work. We drove five vehicles on the lot two of which were not the Lexus brand, he was very knowledgeable about each. When we stepped into the 09 ES350 I knew that was it. About 45 minutes later I drove home in the new to me car. My experience was atypical of any other dealer experience I have had, no pressure, no hassling the price negotiating was very reasonable and all of the people I worked with in the process were more than pleasant and very professional. The car had a minor glitch the third day I was driving and Alison Miller took it in gave me a loaner (same model) and a few days later I picked up my car fixed, detailed and ready to go. I will definitely buy there again and anyone looking I will recommend Tom and Alison. More
