I’m very appreciative of Price Leblanc Lexus for the manner used during my recent purchase of an ES350. As I walked through the showroom I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who introduced me to s manner used during my recent purchase of an ES350. As I walked through the showroom I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who introduced me to sales consultant Laurie Barnett. Laurie was very helpful. During the test drive she explained and demonstrated some of the car’s features. She answered my questions completely and thoroughly. There wasn’t any pressure to sell the car on the very first visit to the dealership. Since I’m not an impulse buyer, this was really appreciated by me. Had there been pressure it would have made a negative impact. About a week later I returned to the dealership. At that time I knew that the ES was the car I wanted to negotiate for. During this process Laurie and the sales manager were considerate, patient and professional. The day I took position of the car, again, Laurie patiently explained and demonstrated some of the features of the car. She suggested for me to return in a few days and she would explain things in more detail. This worked out great as it gave me a chance to learn things on my own and then ask questions later. The overall car buying experience was well handled by Price Leblanc. I’ll recommend this dealership to others. More

Price Leblanc Lexus is truly a first class operation! Super professional/knowledgeable staff, I'm sold....NO MORE GERMAN MADE CARS FOR ME...from now on, Lexus will be the only vehicles my family will drive. So yesterday, 3/3/11, I had my second great sales experience. Once again Jeff Faucheux (sales consultant) and John Guerin (sales manager) made it a great experience. I bought the new Lexus CT200h Hybrid. Jeff took so much time explaining the car and it's technology to me that I felt I knew everything about the car before I drove off of the lot. I was able to find the care I was seeking online from North Carolina. Having met the internet sales person over the phone we quickly agreed to a good price, exchanged additional photos, and I ultimately North Carolina. Having met the internet sales person over the phone we quickly agreed to a good price, exchanged additional photos, and I ultimately bought a plane ticket down to Baton Rouge. As conservative and cautious as I am, betting a flight down and back surprised me, but after working with David on the phone, it seemed comfortable. David picked me up at the hotel right on schedule, was completely patient with me completing a business call as we drove to the dealership, showed me a nearly perfect GS-350 (exactly like he had described in every way), and spent all the time I wanted in reviewing the car and making sure I was comfortable. Since my last Lexus had over 300k miles, I was naturally pretty cautious in my purchase; I plan on a long term relationship. The car is beautiful and a joy to drive. I may not make it a habit to buy a car from a dealer nearly 1000 miles from where I live, but I might; The price was right, the car was right, and the experience was excellent. More
I purchased my 2007 Lexus IS250 in Jan 2007. Immediately noticed a loud rattle in the dash. Took the car into the dealer 5 times without fix. The service manager treated me as though I were crazy. Ultimatel noticed a loud rattle in the dash. Took the car into the dealer 5 times without fix. The service manager treated me as though I were crazy. Ultimately refused to try to fix rattle. Had to resort to national office for service rep who fixed the problem. The Baton Rouge service manager was rude, condescending and did not belong anywhere near customer service. Since then, I have had a baby and purchased an SUV. Would have purchased Lexus RX but did not want to deal with dealer any further. Sold Lexus IS250 and went with Infiniti FX. More
