Awful! They sent me a parts quote and told me to complete payment online. I completed and paid for the parts. There main concern is to get you in to sign paper work take your money to close out there month. Tell you things like higher interest rates next month. Yet leads you to believe your new purchase is ready take your money to close out there month. Tell you things like higher interest rates next month. So why did we come today, maybe we should be here tomorrow when it might be ready for delivery. No, another ploy to manipulate you to sign papers on the last day of the month. When I sold cars the sale wasn’t complete until the car was DETAILED and DELIVERED. We aren’t receiving our car until 7 days after signing of papers. More
I have 2005 Lexus that’s still in the service department we paid to have the car diagnosed and fixed didn’t have my car 2 days when it broke on I10.
