At my request Mr. Byron George e-mailed information on the ES350 I saw in the showroom the preceding day. My husband has had excellent service with Price LeBlanc on h Byron George e-mailed information on the ES350 I saw in the showroom the preceding day. My husband has had excellent service with Price LeBlanc on his two Lexus SUVs and he encouraged me to get this car. I phoned Mr. George and told him I would be in to purchase the ES350 showroom car the next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous---very professional. The problem began with a mix-up in the financial department. In arriving at a total purchase price I asked for and was granted a $500 discount. Mr. George showed that to me in his office in a typewritten statement. A few days later I was called to come back to re-sign the purchase papers due to an incorrect VIN number on the original papers. Besides that, the address and phone number were also incorrect. In a phone call from the dealership today, I was informed that there was an overcharge in the tax amount and a check would be forthcoming. I also request a reimbursement for the "mortgage fee," (I paid cash), and that I be allowed the $500 discount that was agreed upon the day of the purchase. In a phone conversation today with Mr. Burton, he said I received a discount of only $180 (not shown anywhere on the sales statement) because the original sales statement was figured on a more expensive car. Price LeBlanc should honor the sales agreement--I shouldn't be penalized for your financial department mistake. You carry a highly rated automobile, your sales personnel are very good, your technology assistant was excellent, your service department is excellent. Your financial department is a mess and for that reason I will be very reluctant to ever do business with Price LeBlanc again. Please send a reimbursement asap. Shirley Bourque More
Mrs. Sandy Waters is always pleasant and friendly. She is very informative on issues with my car, and takes extra time to make sure all my questions are answered.
