Prior to my visit, I reviewed the inventory online and had an idea of which vehicles I wanted to look at. Jeff was very personable, attentive, and LISTENED to what I was looking for. Because of this, he was able to educate me and make recommendations based on what was important to me. There was very little that Jeff could not tell me about any vehicle (I had a list) and what I appreciate the most was when he wasn’t 100% sure he was upfront and honest and retrieved the information promptly. My experience did not stop here, I originally came with my pre approved financier, but Jeff was adamant his finance manager could do better and he did. Melvin was absolutely amazing at closing, he was very thorough and so knowledgeable about the additional products and services that were available. Melvin explained the details of each package, and shared real life scenarios of when and how they would be of benefit. As a previous Lexus owner (different dealership), I could relate to and appreciate everything he was sharing. Without a doubt I would recommend Price Leblanc Lexus Baton Rouge to others. More

Asked to check rear passenger tire specifically as I was having to refill every 7-10 days. Was told I am covered for this and next two maintenance intervals from certified care. Given keys and told tire jus having to refill every 7-10 days. Was told I am covered for this and next two maintenance intervals from certified care. Given keys and told tire just needed air. Hmmm. Next week, tire has lost 6lbs and needs air, again following week. Received follow up from LeBlanc wanting to charge me $76. For a service they couldn't even check my tire. Sad. Very Sad. I will not be returning, it is 1.5hr drive from Slidell and no matter the amenities inside, I am there to have my car maintained impeccably. Not something I expect from Lexus dealerships. Too bad Dallas is 9hrs drive, you should send staff there to see how you listen and verify. Neither of which was done for a simple tire and if my costs are covered by certified care why the charge with absolutely no line item or invoice. Unprofessional on all levels. More
