Got in and out quickly for first service - thanks! I changed the registration with Lexus Corp on my platinum extended warranty as I wasn’t the original purchaser but Leblanc Lexus said it had not I changed the registration with Lexus Corp on my platinum extended warranty as I wasn’t the original purchaser but Leblanc Lexus said it had not been switched per their data base. I have a copy of the contract and offered to provide it to the service writer but she said it was an issue I have to work out with Lexus and any service work in the future related to the extended warranty would be at my expense. I immediately emailed Lexus and received a response confirming the contract was activated in my name and weren’t sure what Leblanc Lexus was looking at in their computer system. Lexus assured me any work required on the vehicle in the future would be covered as detailed in the extended warranty. More
