It would be beneficial to have an online signing option like most companies; that extended the purchase a couple days - but no big deal. The car was supposed to be put in my company name, but they instead put in my name. There was some miscommunication on delivery, but overall a good process. More

She gave me the list of problems to fix based on mileage, and I chose specific things. and was seen almost immediately by Kathryn on a busy Saturday. She loaned me a new car so I didn't have to wait. Kathryn called to let me know about a battery issue they discovered. Brought the loaner back, paid the tab and picked up my car.
