I was forced into buying a car due to an accident that was not my fault. I visited many car dealerships along the way where there was limited stock and no one coming out to talk to me or even acknowledging I was there. Price Honda in Dover was different! It was a cold and windy day when I pulled onto the lot. I hopped out to look at a vehicle's invoice details and planned on jumping back in and driving around the lot. Brian Tapley met me in the lot, asked what I was looking for, invited me into the dealership while he found the specific model, and brought it to me to give it a test drive. Brian met me as soon as I returned and took me in to talk details and options. I chose to buy the vehicle but needed a trailer hitch upgrade.Brian made all the arrangements and stayed in contact the whole time. He made sure the vehicle was ready on-time and made an appointment for pick-up! JC Clogg was friendly, professional, and engaging. He heard what I was saying/asking, understood I was waiting for the insurance check, and worked with me on the process/timeline. He had all the paperwork organized and ready for discussion/signatures. I would recommend this dealership and working with these gentlemen for anyone looking for a Honda! Had it not been for Brian greeting us in the lot, I most likely would have moved on to the next dealership! I brought my 2017 CRV for my 100,000 mile service as well as an issue I had with the fuel filler I wanted to have addressed. Bill the shop foreman came out to assess the issue during his lunch break and sai as an issue I had with the fuel filler I wanted to have addressed. Nicole, the assistant Service Manager took over from there and set up the appointment as well as a loaner for the time that was needed to complete the required service and repair. I came in the day of the appointment and was greeted by Nicole immediately. She discussed the work that needed to be performed and gave me the loaner for use. I received a call later that day and she said that everything came out fine with the service and repairs and I told her that I would be in the following morning to pick up my CRV. I came in the next morning and Nicole went over the service invoice and discussed all the work performed. I am completely satisfied with the work that was completed in an expeditious manner and highly commend both Bill, the Shop foreman, and Nicole, the Assistant Service Manager, for the time and care they both took to accommodate me and the service of my CRV. I highly recommend this service team. More
