This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership so obviously I went back for a reason. I traded in a clean-title, eight year old car with zero mechanical problems - really great conditio dealership so obviously I went back for a reason. I wasn't too excited about what I was offered for it, but figured that was just how the dealerships work. I was, however, really disappointed and quite disheartened to find it two days later listed on their site for nearly $6k more than what they credited me at trade-in. I understand mark-up, profit margins, pricing, etc., but that was definitely not putting the customer first in my opinion. I felt I was low balled and they way it was presented to me made me feel like that was the best I was going to get. I think I negotiated an extra $75. My advice is if you're going to trade-in a car on which you own the title and its clear/free/clean do a private sell and then take your money and buy your used car. You'll make more money and feel better about the transaction and financial loss that YOU control. Otherwise, the salesmen were nice enough. It did take an unusually long time. I knew what I wanted (after driving two cars) and was pre-qualified for the loan, but I was still there for over four hours. More
