Our experience with John was great! John was friendly, easy to talk with and most important easy to purchase our new CR-V. We went to a dealer closer to us but got the run-around hassle and that even aft easy to talk with and most important easy to purchase our new CR-V. John was able to match a special discount price from another dealer who did not have the vehicle in stock, where John had the make/model and color we wanted. We did drive 49 mile from home to McMinnville but it was so worth it when the dealer 3 miles away double talked us and kept jerking us around. More

Bobby and your credit person were very efficient in their service. My wife and I were both pleased with the experience. I would recommend McMinnville Honda whenever I have the opportunity. The only "glitch" in the process was in the financing, where Honda was offering a couple of special deals but evidently have more than one program and application was not automatic. We had to "catch" that when signing the paperwork, but it was easily and swiftly corrected. I view this as a glitch that Honda should fix and communicate better with its dealerships. Thanks again; we look forward to many years of enjoying our Odyssey! More
