There were no hassle, no pressure and no games. The price was great! Gary was very knowledgable and straight forward. He helped me getting the car I wanted and answered all of my questions. He was excellent! Gary not only assisted me with my car on site, he also followed up with phone calls after the purchase. Excellent service, awesome staff, and great price! Above and beyond expectations We were traveling through McMinnville after 5:00 on a Tuesday afternoon in a rain storm and we were badly in need of wiper blades for our Honda Odysse We were traveling through McMinnville after 5:00 on a Tuesday afternoon in a rain storm and we were badly in need of wiper blades for our Honda Odyssey. Instead of going to an auto parts store or department store we searched for a Honda Dealership and found McMinnville Honda. Boy was that the right choice. The young man in the parts dept (unfortunatly I did not get his name) found the right blades and installed them, in the rain, without any hesitation. Our 2 blades were different brands and he found exactly what we needed. I am in the retail business and I am constantly saddened by the average level of customer I see. This young man was exceptional and from his quick action and lack of hesitation he exhibited, at the end of the day, I would expect the same kind of service from the rest of the employees at McMinnville Honda. It felt like a culture of excellent service....Well Done!!! More

OH man, at 55 years old and buying many, many new cars in my life this was the best. Well worth the drive! Filled out the online credit app, saw the car we wanted at our price based on what was on line and my life this was the best. Well worth the drive! No dealer installed extras to negotiate like at other dealers and fantastic experience in financing. John was great teaching my wife about the car and left no detail out. The experience was great buying the car. The best ever! We had breakfast at Tommy's in McMinnville and then picked up the car. Pick up on a Saturday or Sunday and make sure to have the Biscuits and Eggs! I digress, I would recommend everyone who wants out of the typical car buying experience of high pressure, offer sheets, starting with high interest rates to call McMinnville Honda! We love our new CRV and the buying experience was fantastic. Honestly I did hop by almost all Honda dealers in Portland/Beaverton area, and I was glad that one of my relative suggested McMinnville Honda. It was just a regular call to Gary on Monday morning and he assisted me to place a online credit application; and within an hour he gave very competitive selling price along with other offers. I did try to negotiate same price with other dealers, but none of them have yet reverted back and that have helped me to finalize a car and dealer (McMinnville Honda). But... I was very particular about Accord trim and color; and unfortunately Gary was not carrying my specifications. However he managed to arrange my specification within two days of time. Buying experience was really awesome and it did not take more than 60 mins to complete all paper work. Gary is THE BEST, and he is one of the big asset to McMinnville Honda. I would definitely recommend McMinnville Honda and specifically Gary Larson to co-workers, friend, relatives and others. My wife and I love our new Honda Accord and we are happy with our purchase. My first experience with McMinnville Honda involved taking a look at a Honda Pilot which salesman Rick explained a lot about the vehicle during and after the test drive. During the following week we communicated a few times and I felt that my questions about the car and price we negotiated were always answered very honestly. The day we purchased the car it was prepped excellently, the paperwork went smoothly and Rick explained very well further operation of the vehicle accessories. They also checked to make sure we had the correct insurance coverage. This dealer is very thorough and efficient and I would highly recommend them. More
