It was awesome to come in and test drive the car and not have to play any of the usual games the bigger dealerships usually make you play. I worked with John Klein, and he was great to work with and very friendly. It was really nice because he at no time put any pressure on me to buy the car while I was in the process of deciding. Then when I decided to buy the car he and the finance manager Nora were awesome in helping work out all the details and get the best deal on financing that I could. One of the things I appreciate most about Mcminnville Honda is that they did not try to pressure me into buying all the extras that I did not need. This was the first time I have ever purchased a brand new car so they made the experience very comfortable. This is a great place to buy a car and I will be glad to spread the word. All our interactions until the date of purchase were phone calls, texts and emails. The guys were very interactive and very responsive. In the end, I paid exactly what the car was advertised for (which was much less than local prices) and the car was exactly as advertised. There was no push for add-ons, no dickering, no muss, no fuss. They offered other items like mats, upholstery treatments, and the like, but there was no pressure. On the day of the purchase, they were totally organized and ready to go. We were done in about an hour and I was on my way. These are super nice guys and this was an extraordinary buying experience.
