I was misled for over a month by two other dealelrships regarding whether they could get me a Pilot Elite. They failed to come through as they promised. Steve, on the other hand was clear, concise and up front about what vehicles he had in stock and what I needed to do in order to secure one. What took over a month with other dealers, took a total of 3 days for the purchase of the vehicle to occur. I ended up with the model I wanted in the color I wanted. Excellent, top-notch service.
