We were using the Costco Auto program and Gary was very helpful about giving us the prices upfront. The car we bought wasn't part of the Costco program but was competitive. We showed up and could tell immediately that they were a fair and square dealership. We asked for a trade-in offer and it was fair (the back gate of our car had damage that another dealer told us would need to be completely replaced. McMinnville said no it wouldn't need to be. No pressure at all to buy add ons or accessories. Brandon in the financing was a hoot and we had the best car buying experience of our lives. It's 35 miles from our home and we would happily go back there to get another car. More

Buying a car while on vacation We were on vacation and while looking online had seen the Honda Pilot model and color that interested us. We took an outing from Depoe Bay to McMinnvi We were on vacation and while looking online had seen the Honda Pilot model and color that interested us. We took an outing from Depoe Bay to McMinnville to test drive the Pilot. Bobby Stanhope was the sales agent that greeted us and joined us for a test drive which helped relieve the tenseness of driving an "unknown" vehicle with an audience. The Pilot performed much to our satisfaction with superb comfort (the major disappointments in our soon to be trade-in). All of the people we encountered were extremely accommodating, including the General Manager who had to give up his dealer demo car although we did allow him to keep the 50 pound bag of dog food he had just purchased.
